Membership

Meetings of the MIT Enterprise Forum (MITEF) of the Great Lakes are open to anyone interested in fostering the growth of innovative, high tech companies in Michigan and the Great Lakes region. Whether you are an inventor, entrepreneur, business owner, angel investor, venture capitalist or just curious, you will find our programs educational and stimulating.

By joining MITEF Great Lakes, you will be part of a network of individuals and organizations with a common focus on starting and running new businesses. This includes our parallel peer organizations that have partnered with us to form a High Technology Growth Collaboration. Membership in the Great Lakes Forum will give you access to the worldwide network of 24 chapters of MITEF, Inc. It is not necessary to be a graduate of MIT to have a membership.

With your membership ($30 for 1 year; $15 for recent grads of eligible colleges and current students) in MITEF Great Lakes, you receive:
- Reduced Price Admission at MIT Enterprise Forum events, leading
to annual savings of up to $50
- Reduced rate to other MIT-related events
- Access to expertise of leading local & international entrepreneurs
- Opportunities for networking with event participants
- Preferential event access through Events Committee involvement

Memberships renew on a calendar year basis. MITEF Great Lakes has a reciprocal membership with other MIT alumni clubs.
