MIT Club of WI Technology Achievement Awards
The MIT Club of WI Technology Achievement Awards recognize those who are making a major contribution to Wisconsin's economy through technological change.
MIT alumni living or working in Wisconsin nominate individuals, large and small companies for the annual award. Affiliation with MIT is not considered in nomination or selection.
First held in March 2003, the Technology Achievement Awards and the MIT Club of Wisconsin recieved the MIT Alumni Association's 2005 Presidential Citation.
The 6th annual award banquet will be March 7th, 2008. Yoshihiro Kawaoka, Professor, University of Wisconsin - Department of Pathobiological Sciences and Winner of the 2007 MIT Club of WI Award will be the keynote speaker.
