"Preferred Announcement Service" is a benefit of club membership: 

We will mail, email, or fax announcements of special members-only events as well as courtesy RSVP reminders for published events. 

To reduce postage costs, we request that members specify their preferred communication method:

• Email

• Fax (day, evening, overnight receive times) or

• US Mail
