Hotel

We have negotiated a special hotel package with the Venetian Resort Hotel Casino in Las Vegas for the nights of September 5th and 6th.  The Venetian is one of the newest and most luxurious hotels in Las Vegas, with spacious rooms, a phenomenal swimming pool and the largest shopping/restaurant concentration on the entire strip.

We have selected this room combination to offer you the greatest amount of flexibility.  Couples have the “Luxury Suite” option, while larger groups can choose a “Bella Suite” for $60 to $120 per person, for the entire weekend.

When booking a room, it is necessary that each group designate one person in charge, who will be responsible for the reservation process.  Please keep in mind that we have secured a limited number of rooms at the special group rate (for liability reasons), and that rates will go up once this block of rooms is sold out or after August 1.

Transportation

Reunion attendants will be responsible for their own travel fare.  We have identified some inexpensive flight options for those traveling by air (all prices quotes are for the weekend of September 5-7 roundtrip):

Jet Blue offers service from New York to Las Vegas for about $330

Southwest offers service from Oakland to Las Vegas for about $160-180, and Ontario (near L.A.) to Las Vegas for about $50-120 (depending on the fare type)

Spirit Air (based in LV) offers service from New York (LGA) to Las Vegas for $200-$300, and Chicago to Las Vegas for $140

American Trans Air and Air Tran offers service from Boston to Las Vegas for $320

Banquet

The Reunion Banquet (the principal event of this reunion) will be a 3-course dining experience taking place on Saturday evening, starting at 5.00 PM, at the Venetian Grand Lux Café's private dining room.
