This edition's Class Poll is: This edition's class poll asked, "Have you dated or married an MIT alumna or alumnus? Yes, No (but wouldn't rule it out), or No (wouldn't even consider it.)"

Eighty-five percent of the poll respondents have dated or married an MIT alumna or alumnus, 10 percent have not (but wouldn't rule it out), and five percent (two respondents) have not and wouldn't consider it, but that is only because they are already happily married.

Interesting poll comments came from Sonya Park, who responded, "Yes, I married an alum, even though I really did have plans to find a different kind of brain to share my life with," and Deb (Rhoads) Moore, who wrote that she married Mike Moore '96, and it's "been the best thing I got from MIT (which is not meant to be a slur against MIT, no matter what it sounds like!)."
