Greetings everyone!

Matthew Knapp reports that he will be taking an extended leave of absence from his job as Senior Aerodynamicist at the Aviation Technology Group to spend most of next year bicycle touring with his wife Gretchen. They plan to visit various parts of the world including Southern Africa, Eastern Europe, Northern India, and Japan. It should be a great trip! Julie (Stephens) Fornaro shared that her husband, Al, was promoted to plant manager at MAPEI in Tempe, AZ. The company is Italian and hopefully this means that they will get to share a business trip to Italy soon!

Laura (Gatewood) Groves and her husband, Rich, and daughter, Morgan, celebrated the birth of their latest addition, Raewyn on October 26.

And I am pleased to report that Brian and I celebrated the arrival of Elizabeth Anne “Bethany” Carlstrom on 11-11-06 at 9:47pm. This completes our international holiday birthday theme that started with Michael on Bastille Day, continued with Daniel on Cinco de Mayo, and finishes with Bethany on Armistice Day. She weighed 7lbs 7ozs and measured 19 inches long.
