Greetings everyone!

In the last issue of Technology Review, I reported that Amy Koo and Don Long were married on July 15, 2006 at the Stanford Memorial Church. Amy would like to add that a number of Muses attended the celebration, Annalisa Weigel ‘94, Beth (Siers) Brennan, Teresa Huang ‘97, and Erika Hanley-Onken, as seen in the following photograph.

Marcos and Nika (Lee) Elugardo are both in startup mode. Nika recently launched Applied Evaluation Systems, the new consulting arm of a 68 year old non-profit in the south end of Boston. See www.aes-egc.org. Marcos’ business, www.castirondesign.com, is reshaping their vision and strategy for the next few years. Their daughter, Consuela, just started middle school! So, she is kind of in start-up mode too. Nika also reports that she gets to work with Khary Bridgewater from time to time.

Alexander and Jenny (Lee) Chen and their son Calvin, have moved to Charlotte, NC to be closer to their family. Alex is working for Carolinas Medical Center and Jenny is working with Mint Hilll Family Practice. They are enjoying the southern lifestyle. India Wood, her husband, and their two kids moved to Boulder, CO in 2002, coming home to the state she grew up in. They are having a great time there… skiing, camping, gardening, boating, and rock hunting on the weekends. India joined Rotary in 2003 and she chairs the club’s community service committee. She also founded Hart Business Research a few years ago, which conducts original research and writes custom reports on enthusiast industries such as crafts and hobbies. Primedia and Interweave Press have published their most recent reports. The business combines the things India enjoys most – writing, research, business, and leisure activities.

Thank you to everyone who has submitted updates over the past few months. Please remember that you can submit updates and photos any time throughout the year to be posted on our class website, http://alumweb.mit.edu/classes/1995/.
