Plan for 2010
- Hold annual class officer meeting (whether in person, by teleconference or Web). Discussion may include, but is not limited to the
following:

- Reassess strategies discussed in Year 3; plan non-reunion year event(s).
- Develop communication strategy for Year 4. Please be sure to send an update to the class about the past year’s activities,
as well as goals and upcoming activities in Year 4.
- Annual officer reports, including:

- Treasurer’s report
- Secretary’s report on deceased and missing alumni
- Class Agent’s report on class giving and projects
- As many officers as possible should attend the Alumni Leadership Conference (ALC) and report back to fellow officers
- Pre-reunion preparation:

- Collaborate with Alumni Association staff to select Reunion and Reunion Gift Chairs
- Assist new chairs in committee recruitment
- At least two officers and all chairs should attend Alumni Association’s Reunion Kickoff in April and report back to fellow
officers
- Reassess class finances and decide whether class will request dues payment from classmates in Year 4 and/or with reunion
registration in Year 5
- Survey class regarding possible reunion activities, if not done in Year 3
