Plan for 2009

• Hold annual class officer meeting (whether in person, by teleconference or Web). Discussion may include, but is not limited to the following:
• • Reassess strategies discussed in Year 2; plan non-reunion year event(s).
  • Develop communication strategy for Year 3. Please be sure to send an update to the class about the past year’s activities, as well as goals and upcoming activities in Year 3.
  • Annual officer reports, including:
  • • Treasurer’s report
    • Secretary’s report on deceased and missing alumni
    • Class Agent’s report on class giving and projects
• At least one member of the executive committee should attend the Alumni Leadership Conference (ALC) and report back to fellow officers
• Pre-reunion preparation:
• • Begin a class-wide effort to locate missing alumni
  • Consider surveying class regarding possible reunion activities
