We are the MIT Class of 1976 and our mission is to enhance the value of the MIT degree, build community, and celebrate our shared experience. This website is your gateway to activities and news for Class of 1976, a way to find out what your fellow alumni are doing and stay connected.

Register Now for our 30th Reunion!

Our classmates are coming back to campus in June, and they want to see YOU! You also don't want to miss any of our great reunion events, including our class dinner at the Exchange Conference Center on the waterfront and our Scavenger Hunt.

Reunion Gift

In honor of our reunion, please join your fellow classmates by making a gift to the Alumni Fund for our 30th Reunion Class Gift. Our goal this year is to raise $1,000,000 from 76% of the class. We need your support to achieve our goals! All gifts made by June 30th to any designation will be included in the total. We hope we can add your name to the class gift honor roll. Class of 1976 Reunion Gift Participation Challenge

An anonymous challenger from the Class of 1976 has offered the following challenge to the class in order to increase participation in the class gift for the 30th Reunion:

The challenger will add $50 to the first gift made by a donor by June 15th, 2006 that meets one of the following criteria:

1. Any gift made by a classmate who has NEVER made a gift to MIT.
2. Any gift made by a classmate who did not make a gift last fiscal year (7/1/04 to 6/30/05) but made a gift in any earlier year.
3. Any gift of $100 or more made by a classmate who gave last year but under the $100 level.

The additional $50 gift will follow the designation and go toward the same fund or purpose as each donor's original gift.
