Some documents on this site require the Adobe Acrobat reader, available from Adobe for free.
The rest of MIT has caught up with our site: the Institute is now offering Class Notes Online.
72 has been placing unabridged versions of Class Notes on our site since July 98, and will continue to do so. However, you now have two locations to find class notes on the web.
The MIT site contains the columns as they appeared in print (abridged if necessary). The MIT site can search issues back to Nov. 2000, so you can hunt for familiar names, a feature that we dont have.
Class Notes are on the secure portion of the site, and all alumni surnames are hyperlinked to the Online Alumni Directory -- click on a name to reconnect with old friends or classmates. Use the infinite connection link at the top of the page.
I would like to thank all members of the class of 72 who have contributed to the Class of 1972 Scholarship Fund. The following is from a letter written by Peter Muise, the Associate Director of Class Giving:
"As you know, support from the class of 1972 helps MIT maintain its committment to admitting the best and brightest, regardless of need. On behalf of the Alumni Association and the Institute, I send sincere thanks for the class of 1972s contribution to this fund."
