1. Go to http://web.mit.edu/alum/
2. On the right, log on to the "Infinite Connection" (No account? Use the "Register Now" link)
3. You should now be on the "Your Information" page
4. In the gray bar on top, click on "Mailing Lists"
5. In the Search window on the right, enter "plan1963"
6. Click the button to the right of the search window
7. Click on the link "plan1963" that appears
8. Click on the link "subscribe"
9. Click again on "subscribe" to confirm
10. You should see: "You have successfully subscribed to list plan1963"

To send a message to the list (only AFTER subscribing):
Just send mail to "plan1963@alumlist.mit.edu".
It will be sent to all subscribers to the list.

If you ever want to unsubscribe:

1.  Go to http://web.mit.edu/alum/
2.  On the right, log on to the "Infinite Connection"
3.  You should then be on the "Your Information" page
4.  Scroll to the bottom, to the section "Mailing Lists"
5.  Click on the list name "plan1963"
6.  Click on the "unsubscribe" link

  Alternatively, to unsubscribe from the mailing list, send a blank email to
  list_unsubscribe@alum.mit.edu and put the list name in the subject line.
