   50th Reunion Information  - Questionnaire Introduction

The response and reaction to our 45th reunion questionnaire was amazing! So, now it’s time to survey you once again for our 50th reunion report. Please take some time to complete this poll – and I will once again compile a record of your interesting and informative responses.

Please note that the responses are to be mailed to Joseph Cahn in an envelope without any return address. Joe promises that:

-- there will be no attempt to identify any respondent based on the content of his or her reponses; and

--there will be no attempt to identify any respondent based on the postmark on the envelope (responses will be separated from the envelopes when they are opened and before the response is looked at).

In fact, the compilation is done one question at a time and there will be no review of any questionnaire by itself and hence, no attempt to identify any patterns that might lead to identification of a person. Nonetheless, if anyone is concerned that some of his or her responses could lead to his or her identification, please just leave the response to those questions blank.

-- Finally, all the responses will be shredded after compilation.

We hope for as large a response to the questionnaire as possible, whether or not a respondent plans to attend the reunion. We hope that the foregoing list of practices will encourage you to fill in and return your questionnaire promptly. A return by April 30 is appreciated.
